Product Description
Votator is for application in the gelatin gelled for drying. It is a scraped surface heat exchanger. The gelatin flows through a jacket cylinder containing a rotating central shaft on which the scrape blades are mounted with the flowing of cooling medium in jacket. The gelatin is chilled and gelled and being extruded in noodle form and spread evenly onto dryer by self-oscillating. It keeps the gelatin free of being polluted by bacteria during convey by belt conveyor.

Production Process
Preparation and Pre-Treatment
The gelatin production process begins with acidification, liming, and deliming/washing steps, which prepare the raw materials for the extraction phase in the Gelatin Machine.
Neutralization and Extraction
After pre-treatment, the material enters the neutralization tank and extraction kettle, where the Gelatin Machine extracts and processes the gelatin solution.
Filtration, Concentration, Evaporation, and Sterilization
The gelatin solution was passed through Filter Press, Activated Carbon Filter, and Micron Bag Filter. It is then subjected to Multi effect Evaporator and Sterilizer by using Evaporative Sterilizers.
Forming with Votator
The Gelatin Machine Votator extrudes the gelatin into a uniform noodle form, preparing it for the drying stage and ensuring consistent quality and shape.
Drying
The extruded gelatin is transferred to the band dryer, where it undergoes controlled drying to achieve the required moisture level.
Crushing and Mixing
