The Main Fittings
Oscillating votator attaches fed pump. Banddryer attaches grinder, conveyor, lithium-chloride dehumidifier air pre-treatment room, pipeline, automatic instruments and panel.
Drying Principle
1. The gelatin will be evenly distributed onto a moving wire mesh by votator and pass through 11 rooms for drying.
2. Each room has specific temperature which will ensure the gelatin can be finally dried after passing through 11 rooms, without getting melt due to over-heating.
3. Other than heating, the drying process still need low-moisture air blow to take the water out of the system, the low-moisture air can be generated by dehumidifier and then transferred into the band dryer by connected air duct and fan blower.
